  • How do I check my current FEDVIP plan coverage details?

    Once enrolled, you can view the coverage details for your FEDVIP plans by logging into My BENEFEDS using the "Registered Users" login form to the left.

    From My BENEFEDS, click "More Details" to view the plan's summary page, then click "Coverage Details".

  • FEDVIP Eligibility
  • I'm not sure if I'm eligible—can I find out if I'm eligible for FEDVIP?

    Employees must be eligible to enroll in the FEHB Program (and their position not excluded by law or regulation) in order to be eligible to enroll in the FEDVIP. It does not matter if they are actually enrolled in FEHB—eligibility is the key.

    FEHB status is not relevant to FEDVIP eligibility for retirees, Survivor Annuitants and Compensationers.

  • Premium Payment / Billing
  • I would like to check if my premium payment/allotment payment was deducted successfully—where can I view my premium payment/allotment payment history?

    FEDVIP
    To view your premium payment history for your FEDVIP dental plan and/or FEDVIP vision plan, click "Payment History" for FEDVIP Dental or FEDVIP Vision on My BENEFEDS. You can view your premium payment history for the current plan year as well as the previous plan year (if enrolled). You can also view and print or download your end-of-year tax information (when applicable).

    FSAFEDS
    To view your allotment payment history for your FSAFEDS Health Care or FSAFEDS Dependent Care plan, click "Allotment History" for FSAFEDS Health Care or FSAFEDS Dependent Care on My BENEFEDS. You can view your allotment payment history for the current plan year as well as the previous plan year (if enrolled).

    FLTCIP
    To view your premium payment history for your FLTCIP Long Term Care enrollment, click "Payment History" for FLTCIP Long Term Care on My BENEFEDS. You can view your premium payment history for the current plan year as well as the previous plan year (if enrolled). You can also view and print or download your end-of-year tax information (when applicable).

    For all 3 programs, the premium payment/allotment payment history displayed will always be as of the day before the current date, so be aware that you may not see a premium payment/allotment payment you were expecting to see right away.

  • User ID & Password
  • I'm having trouble logging in—what can I do?

    If you can't remember your BENEFEDS User ID and/or password, you may choose either the Forgot User ID or Forgot Password links to the left or call BENEFEDS Customer Service.

    Forgot User ID
    You will need to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) and either your date of birth or answer to one of your security questions to retrieve your User ID.

    Forgot Password
    You will need your BENEFEDS User ID, SSN, date of birth and answer to one of your security questions to reset your password.

    If you can't reset your password because you don't have security questions set up, you must call BENEFEDS Customer Service to receive a temporary password which you can use to log in, change your password and set up your security questions.

    Please keep in mind that your BENEFEDS password is case sensitive.

    Temporary Password
    If you recently registered or changed your password with BENEFEDS over the phone and forgot your temporary password, please call BENEFEDS Customer Service again for a new temporary password.

    Note: You cannot use the Forgot Password flow to retrieve a Temporary Password—you must call BENEFEDS Customer Service.

    Please keep in mind that your BENEFEDS temporary password is case sensitive.

  • Can I use my Employee Express or other User ID to log in to BENEFEDS?

    Your BENEFEDS User ID and password are unique to the BENEFEDS system and are provided to you when you complete the BENEFEDS registration process. Please do not attempt to log in with a User ID and/or password that your agency or retirement system may have given you for other purposes (such as Employee Express or Services Online) or for other Federal benefits such as FSAFEDS or My LTCFEDS—these will not work with BENEFEDS.com.
