If you can't remember your BENEFEDS User ID and/or password, you may choose either the Forgot User ID or Forgot Password links to the left or call BENEFEDS Customer Service.
Forgot User ID
You will need to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) and either your date of birth or answer to one of your security questions to retrieve your User ID.
You will need your BENEFEDS User ID, SSN, date of birth and answer to one of your security questions to reset your password.
If you can't reset your password because you don't have security questions set up, you must call BENEFEDS Customer Service to receive a temporary password which you can use to log in, change your password and set up your security questions.
Please keep in mind that your BENEFEDS password is case sensitive.
If you recently registered or changed your password with BENEFEDS over the phone and forgot your temporary password, please call BENEFEDS Customer Service again for a new temporary password.
Note: You cannot use the Forgot Password flow to retrieve a Temporary Password—you must call BENEFEDS Customer Service.
